2. Cancellation policy

Normal hour cruise ticket

• Cancellations made more than 4 days prior to the departure date will incur a 50% total price.

• Cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to the departure date will incur a 70% total price.

• Cancellations made within 2 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Fireshow hour ticket and ticket with dinner (Combo ticket)

• Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the departure date will incur a 50% total price.

• Cancellations made 3 to 5 days prior to the departure date will incur a 70% total price.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Note:
In case the cruise cannot depart due to bad weather or any other reason, we will refund the customer.

We calculate the day in 24-hour periods, using 7 PM as the starting point.

• Contact customers directly when problems arise such as: insufficient or no goods or services.

• Notify the website poseidoncruise.net when problems arise such as: canceling services. Changing information such as email, address, phone number, etc.
